Maintenance Worker - Samsung Texas

Job Description

Aramark Facilities Management is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day building operations.

This is a hands-on, general maintenance role where you will be responsible for keeping facilities safe, functional, and well-maintained. On a daily basis, you will handle repairs, preventative maintenance, and work orders across a variety of systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building components.

The role is best suited for someone who is reliable, adaptable, and comfortable handling a wide range of maintenance tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:
This role pays between $20.00 and $28.00 per hour, based on experience, skill set, and overall capabilities

Job Responsibilities

* Complete daily work orders and general maintenance tasks

* Perform basic repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall

* Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment

* Troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions

* Repair and maintain fixtures, doors, lighting, and equipment

* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

* Work with vendors or contractors when needed

* Follow all safety procedures and compliance standards

Qualifications

* Previous maintenance experience preferred

* Ability to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks

* Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

* Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
