Regular attendance and an excellent work ethic are essential job functions to serve our community. Employment duties are routinely performed Monday - Friday (6:00 am - 2:30 pm), with additional overtime hours as needed.

This opportunity is non-exempt and on Pay Grade #4. The full Pay Grade Range is shown for growth and development opportunities within the grade. Salary determination is supported by budget availability and qualifications of the candidate to maintain internal equity. Hiring Rate: $18.26-$22.36.

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. Equivalent.
• Valid State of Texas Driver’s License with a good driving record.
• No experience required.

• Knowledge in the operation and maintenance of irrigation systems, mechanical and small engine repairs.
• Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
• Knowledge of city policies and procedures.
