The Role
:
Your aim is to maintain great curb appeal by keeping all areas of the community sparkling. Primary responsibilities include removing trash, pressure washing, and cleaning high‑traffic areas. You create an inviting environment for all residents from the top to the bottom of the community.

• Hands‑on worker who enjoys working outdoors and receives gratification from completing any task to the best of your ability.
• Positive and upbeat, often described as optimistic and a team player.
