Assist the Building Engineer with preventative and routine maintenance including basic plumbing repairs, drywall repairs, painting and general upkeep of the community and grounds;
Maintain upkeep of common areas and exterior sidewalks;
Complete the apartment make-ready process efficiently;
Support residents by completing maintenance work orders and assist with internal moves;
Assist with special event setup and cleanup
