First Service Residential - - Responsibilities:
Performs cleaning and maintenance duties including sweeping, mopping, shampooing, dusting, polishing, trash disposal, replacing light bulbs and window cleaning;
Inspects work and reports discrepancies to Supervisor; maintains cleaning solutions per OSHA guidelines;
Cleans restrooms, refills dispensers, and ensures sanitary conditions; handles trash removal and emergency cleaning as needed;
Maintains equipment in good working condition and adheres to safety procedures when using new equipment;
Provides friendly, professional service and maintains adequate supplies for assigned areas
