As a member of the Maintenance Staff, you will provide exceptional service to all guests and potential guests by assisting them in a friendly, efficient, courteous, and professional manner. You will maintain the physical hotel property and grounds, perform necessary repairs, and conduct preventive maintenance tasks in a manner responsive to guest satisfaction and to the preservation of company assets in a safe, cost-effective manner.

Occasionally, you will be responsible for routine custodial duties as required or assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous maintenance experience required.
• Experience in a customer service-related field.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members.
