Job Description:

Position Summary: Responsible for cleaning tasks assigned by supervisor, including bathroom maintenance, floor care, window cleaning, groundskeeping, and power washing.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Perform glass surface cleaning and floor care, including stripping, waxing, and buffing.
• Ensure safety by maintaining proper behaviors, using caution signs, and operating machinery safely.
• Handle chemicals properly, reading labels and diluting chemicals as instructed.
• Complete tasks such as bathroom disinfection, window cleaning, carpet vacuuming, trash removal, and equipment cleaning.
• Assist with lifting/moving heavy objects and climbing ladders when necessary.
• Replenish supplies, participate in training, and attend staff meetings.
• Remove snow using hand tools or snow blowers.

Qualifications: High School Diploma preferred, knowledge of cleaning equipment, NYS driver’s license and vehicle are a plus, computer literacy is advantageous.
