About You:
In this manufacturing role you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. You will maintain equipment associated with the production, packaging and distribution of Kimberly‑Clark products through preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance work. This role is part of Kimberly‑Clark’s investment in creating new jobs and expanding its capabilities to produce premium products that are essential to millions of lives around the world, right here in Corinth, Mississippi.
- Show proficiency in the assembly, disassembly and installation of mechanical systems and components commonly found on high‑speed rotating equipment.
- Safely execute rigging and large equipment transportation.
- Possess basic machine‑shop and precision measurement skills.
- Inspect, repair and modify various types of machinery, including pneumatics, hydraulics, and powered industrial vehicles.
- Read blueprints and related technical literature as required.
- Fabricate and weld basic and precision parts from blueprints and sketches.
- Demonstrate understanding of predictive/preventive maintenance concepts and commit to continuing education.
- Communicate effectively, lead, self‑motivate, solve problems, make decisions, and manage multiple priorities as part of a collaborative team.
- 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- 2‑year associate’s degree with 5+ years of continuous work experience or 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude and good math skills.
- Ability to maintain an 8‑10 hour per day work schedule, including occasional nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.
- Pass a pre‑employment assessment, drug and background screening, and a post‑offer/pre‑hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT).

Starting hourly wage: $36.49
USD. Eligible for overtime pay and pay increases within the first year. Also includes 401(k) and profit‑sharing plan.
