- 10910 Dawson Canyon Road - Responsibilities:
Manually picks up windblown paper from periphery of landfill and deposits refuse in bag;
Directs the flow of trucks at the landfill entrance during peak times;
Operates a mobile vacuum to gather loose paper and refuse and drives a tractor pulling vacuum along the landfill perimeter;
Lifts construction materials and uses hand tools for site maintenance;
Manually separates recyclables such as metal, white goods, lumber and cardboard from trash on the tipping floor
