Daily Cleaning & Sanitation:
Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby, restrooms, and kitchen.;
Exterior Maintenance:
Keep parking lot, sidewalks, and landscaping clean and free of debris.;
Equipment & Preventative Maintenance:
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on equipment including fryers, HVAC components, and coils.;
Safety & Compliance:
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards and use PPE appropriately.;
Operational Support:
Complete maintenance logs, checklists, and participate in safety inspections.
