Our client, a restoration company, is seeking an experienced Cleaning Technician to assist with residential and commercial restoration projects. The ideal candidate will have previous cleaning experience and be comfortable working in environments affected by water, fire, smoke, or mold damage. This position requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

• Perform detailed cleaning of residential and commercial properties following water, fire, smoke, or other property damage.
• Clean walls, ceilings, floors, cabinets, furniture, and contents using appropriate cleaning methods and products.
• Pack, label, and organize contents for transport and storage when necessary.
• Remove debris and assist with general restoration and cleanup efforts.
• Operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively.
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Provide excellent customer service while working in clients' homes and businesses.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support restoration operations.

• Previous professional cleaning experience is required; restoration cleaning experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work in various environments and conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
