• Ability to meet attendance requirements.
• Ability to read, write and communicate the English language effectively.
• Ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing including the providing of clear instructions to employees.
• Ability to perform mathematical computations.
• Ability and willingness to conduct all duties in accordance with the ministry of the organization and its Christian principles; conducts all communications and job duties with the highest level of professionalism.
• Duties are performed by frequent walking and/or standing, kneeling or squatting relieved by lesser periods of sitting or operating a vehicle.
• Moderate amount of physical effort required associated with walking, standing, lifting and carrying moderately heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.)

• High School diploma or G.E.D.
• Two years’ experience in a warehouse environment with one-year supervisory experience preferred, or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

• Valid State Driver's License
