GPI Management is seeking a reliable Lead Maintenance Technician in Corpus Christi, TX to oversee maintenance operations, perform essential repairs, and guide the team to high-quality service. You will ensure safety, efficiency, and a well-kept community for residents and staff.
The role requires 3–5 years of maintenance experience, knowledge of electrical/plumbing/mechanical systems, and leadership abilities. Valid driver's license and EPA HVAC preference are desirable.
