Monitor, inspect, and complete water restoration tasks to ensure drying, demolition, and restoration activities meet standards;
Retrieve and prepare work orders, verify route and load equipment/supplies for each job site;
Explain processes and next steps to customers using printed materials;
Perform water damage repair including water extraction, packing out contents, removing non-salvageable materials, and light demolition as directed;
Document job progress and obtain customer signatures; coordinate payments as needed
