Work Schedule:

Thursday
- Monday 8:30am to 5pm

• Will repair and maintain the community.
• Perform duties involving operation, security and maintenance of building, equipment and grounds.
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules.
• Be involved in construction and remodeling.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.
• First and foremost, the ability to project a friendly, courteous and helpful manner to residents, families, visitors and co-workers.
• Two years of experience in most phases of building maintenance and experience in all trade areas.
