Site Maintenance Crew Member; Mechanic

About the role

We are looking to add a Site Maintenance Crew Member to our growing Maintenance Department. As a Site Maintenance Crew Member, you will be responsible for ensuring that the facilities are well‑maintained and operational. They will be required to perform a range of tasks to keep the facilities in good working condition and provide a safe, clean, and efficient environment for employees, visitors, and contractors.

This on‑site position will directly support our maintenance operations at our Corsicana, TX facility
. This shift is Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

• Perform regular maintenance on equipment and systems within the facility
• Conduct routine facility inspections to identify and address maintenance or repair needs
• Perform minor repairs and basic maintenance tasks as needed
• Assist with larger maintenance projects, including renovations, upgrades, and installations
• Maintain a clean and organized environment, including storage and maintenance areas
• Comply with safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and external contractors to coordinate maintenance activities
• General knowledge of utility task vehicles (UTVs) and small engine equipment, including safe operation and basic upkeep (lawn mowers, string trimmers, generators)

• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Detail‑oriented and highly organized
• Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment
• Good communication and multitasking skills
• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior facilities or relevant operation experience is preferred
• Technical or mechanical certifications are preferred but not required and may include automotive, HVAC, AC, ATV, industrial maintenance, or related certifications

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move equipment as needed (50 pounds)
• Ability to work onsite in a mining or data center environment (heat, noise, etc.)
• Exposure to high noise levels and varying temperatures

• PPE & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all site safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times (e.g., safety glasses, hearing protection, steel‑toed boots)
• Hazard Awareness: Proactively identify, report, and mitigate potential workplace hazards or unsafe conditions
• Standards: Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and internal safety training
• Organization: Keep all work areas clean and free of obstructions to prevent workplace accidents
