• Oversee and perform maintenance of resident rooms, common areas, grounds, and mechanical systems.
• Conduct repairs in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and respond to emergency maintenance needs.
• Maintain clean and functional facilities to promote quality of life for our residents.
• Complete administrative maintenance documentation and communicate with facility leadership.
• Lead and support a maintenance team (if applicable), setting a strong example in work ethic and accountability.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred (long‑term care or healthcare setting is a plus).
• Strong problem‑solving and time‑management skills.
• Ability to lift, bend, climb, and carry out physically demanding tasks.
• Organized, dependable, and team‑oriented professional.
