Maintain the general appearance of the building(s) and grounds in accordance with the Maintenance manual and inspection requirements;
Complete Repair and Maintenance Program on rooms performing routine maintenance tasks;
Inspect the property and report needs to Supervisor;
Cross-train in laundry, housekeeping, and/or front desk functions if possible;
Assist in other areas of the hotel as needed and support housekeeping as needed
