Job Summary:
Crown Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, a 200-bed Rehabilitation and Nursing Facility located in Cortland, New York, is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Tech to join our team. As a Maintenance Tech, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall organization and maintenance of our facility, including performing electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks, as well as providing excellent customer service to our residents and staff.

Job Responsibilities:
• Actively participate in the interior and exterior maintenance of the building and grounds, including carrying out preventative maintenance and record keeping.
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues and complete work orders and submit proper paperwork.
• Ensure an adequate response time for daily maintenance requests and maintain cleanliness of areas while working and communicating with the maintenance staff.
• Perform a variety of physical labor tasks, including lifting, carrying, and bending.
