Cortland Park Nursing home seeks a Maintenance Director! If you have some basic experience with facilities maintenance, we can teach you the ropes.
Basic plumbing experience helpful!

As the Director of Maintenance, you will manage a two-person department.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Oversee the interior and exterior maintenance of the building which consists of the main building and grounds.
• Manage departmental tasks.
• Must be able to respond to facility off hours if needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
• High school diploma.
• Some experience in building maintenance.
