We are looking for a Carpet & Floor Cleaning Technician who will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning carpeted surfaces
, VCT
, hardwood
, tile
, and concrete floors.
Your role will include tasks like vacuuming, mopping, polishing, stripping, waxing and utilizing truck-mounted extraction equipment for a thorough clean.
No experience? Not a problem! We offer on-the-job training for individuals with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. You’ll also gain hands‑on experience with advanced floor cleaning equipment and techniques.
Key Responsibilities- Operate various floor cleaning machines and tools
- Stripping, refinishing
, and burnishing floors to perfection - Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Provide top‑notch service and contribute to a cohesive team
- Constant standing, walking, and occasional kneeling, twisting, and reaching
- Lifting up to 75 lbs regularly
- Ability to perform physical tasks in a fast‑paced environment
