We are looking for a Carpet & Floor Cleaning Technician who will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning carpeted surfaces
, VCT
, hardwood
, tile
, and concrete floors.

Your role will include tasks such as vacuuming
, mopping
, polishing
, stripping
, waxing
, and utilizing truck-mounted extraction equipment for a thorough clean.

No experience? Not a problem! We offer on-the-job training for individuals with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
. You’ll also gain hands‑on experience with advanced floor cleaning equipment and techniques
.

• Operate various floor cleaning machines and tools
• Stripping, refinishing
  , and burnishing floors to perfection
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Provide top‑notch service and contribute to a cohesive team

• Constant standing, walking, and occasional kneeling, twisting, and reaching
• Lifting up to 75 lbs regularly
• Ability to perform physical tasks in a fast‑paced environment
