Good Earth Pest Company is looking for its newest team member for its Home Services Division. This is an entry level position that can easily develop into a long term career. We do not require knowledge or past experience in pest control, but we do require excellent client service skills. Any construction based knowledge or experience is a plus.

What does a Home Services Technician do? Glad you asked...

Our team of Technicians are responsible for performing pest exclusion repairs on homes and buildings to keep rodents and wildlife out.

A successful candidate for this position will:

• Provide exclusion repairs to our clients
• Perform rodent and potentially wildlife trapping programs
• Use power tools and hand tools
• Be able to work on ladders and atop roofs
• Be able to work in crawlspaces for extended periods of time
• Be able to complete work as a team and as an individual
• Follow a daily schedule and assure prompt arrivals at timed stops
• Communicate and develop relationships with clients
• Complete the appropriate paperwork
• Diagnose and solve problems with their clients and co-workers
• Perform bids and sales for potential new clients
