Role
:
Territory Sales and Service Representative in the Corvallis, OR market. You will manage your territory, service laundry and dish machines, dispense equipment and systems, and sell new solutions to help achieve a cleaner, safer, and healthier environment for all.

• Leverage tools and technology (including tablet and mobile apps) to conduct customer visits and recommend programs and solutions
• Communicate the total value to meet customer needs and grow sales within existing accounts
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment, and systems
• Provide emergency service to existing customers by phone or in person as needed
• Assist in the installation of equipment and solutions
• Demonstrate safe equipment use and ensure customer operations are fully functional
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to control costs

• This is a field-based position and may require travel to Corvallis, OR and surrounding areas, including Newport, OR
• During training, travel to Ecolab Corporate Headquarters in Eagan, Minnesota for 2 of the 12 weeks; other weeks are in-field training
• Ecolab will arrange and pay for travel and certain travel-related expenses; you are responsible for documentation to fly (e.g., Real )
• After training, you will manage, service, and sell to established customers within an assigned territory; some roles may be a temporary supporting role until a territory is available

• Annual paid training program at a state-of-the-art facility in Eagan, MN with blended learning and on-the-job training
• Company service vehicle and cell phone; fuel, drive time to customer sites, and service maintenance are provided

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in sales, mechanical service, customer service, food service, or hospitality industry
• Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency assistance on nights, weekends, and holidays
• Current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions
• No immigration sponsorship available

• Lifting up to 50 lbs
• Pushing/pulling, standing, bending, and stooping
• Working in confined spaces

• Ability to drive a company vehicle; pre-employment and ongoing motor vehicle record checks will be performed

• Associate degree or other advanced training or certifications
• Previous mechanical problem-solving experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or mechanical) in foodsservice, laundry, hospitality, or related industries

Annual or hourly compensation range: 64,600 – 96,800 plus incentives, dependent on experience and location. We comply with minimum wage and overtime laws.
