Job :
Requirements- Ability to effectively clean a building
- Ability to work cooperatively with staff and public
- Ability to follow cleaning directions from principal and head custodian
- Ability to relate to the students in a positive manner
- Ability to take pride in keeping building looking attractive
- Ability to develop, update, and follow a regular cleaning schedule
- Ability to work independently and not require constant supervision
- Ability to manage and maintain exterior landscaping, mowing, and snow removal as directed
- Ability to develop, update, and maintain a substitute folder that contains/identifies a detailed daily schedule and locations of needed cleaning supplies
- Other duties as assigned by a building administrator and/or the Director of Operations
- Complete necessary BCI/FBI checks
