Job Duties:

* Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties

* Clean and maintain floors

* Rip out and remove carpet
* Clean carpets
* Perform janitorial work

* Use various power tools safely
* Assist with general utility and handyman tasks

* Help keep the work area clean, organized, and safe Requirements:
* Must be reliable and dependable

* Must be ready and willing to come to work every day

* Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work

* Willingness to learn and take direction
* Previous handyman, janitorial, maintenance, or utility experience is helpful but not required This company is looking for someone who is ready to work, dependable, and willing to learn! Training is available for the right candidate.
