National Corporate Housing is looking for a dedicated Apartment Setup Coordinator to ensure our luxury corporate apartments are exceptional prior to our guests' arrival. This individual will help to inspect and evaluate the cleanliness of all apartments prior to residents move-in; identify and quickly correct problems within the apartment, and arrange delivery of housewares and light furniture. The selected person needs to have a professional image, strong communication and customer service skills.

What are you focused on:

• This is a physically demanding position requiring extended periods on your feet, up to 8 hours.
• Driving long distances, including navigating traffic, to complete apartment setups
• Cleaning and preparing apartments, including making beds, setting bathrooms, arranging kitchenware, and setting up TVs
• Delivering housewares and ensuring all items are in place before the guest arrives
• Inspecting each apartment entirely; completing a detailed housewares inspection and inventory check on a mobile phone just prior to the resident's scheduled move-in
• Quickly identifying problems, finding creative solutions, and working under pressure to correct them before our guest arrives
• Overseeing key control for inspected apartments, ensuring keys are ready for the guest
• Assisting in the warehouse where applicable

What's needed to be successful in this role:

• A personable self-starter with excellent communication skills
• Have an enthusiastic "whatever it takes" attitude towards providing the ultimate guest experience
• Mobility to travel around the market as needed
• Tech-savvy with the ability to use mobile devices for inventory checks, inspections, and Realync video recordings
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift 80+ lbs worth of furniture with assistance of dolly
• Must have drivers license, dependable vehicle and have a clean driving record
• Knowledgeable about power tools is preferred
