Building Maintenance of Tomorrow LLC is seeking an experienced Cleaning Professional / Day Porter to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires performing standard janitorial duties at a highly secured building located on the campus of California State University Los Angeles in Los Angeles, CA. All qualified candidates will undergo a thorough background check.

• Perform standard janitorial duties, including but not limited to cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, emptying trash bins, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean, presentable, and well-maintained.
• Adhere to established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients and building occupants.

• Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning services is preferred.
• Must be physically fit and able to perform the required duties.
• Good command of the English language.
• Ability to pass a thorough background check
