Glen Grove Apartments is looking for a dependable, skilled, and motivated Property Maintenance Technician to help keep our community beautiful, safe, and running smoothly.
WhatYou'll Do
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs in apartment homes and common areas
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and building systems
- Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
- Prepare apartments for new residents, including repairs, painting, and general upkeep
- Conduct preventative maintenance inspections
- Maintain grounds, amenities, and community appearance
- Assist with snow removal, seasonal maintenance, and property projects
- Provide outstanding customer service to residents and team members
- Experience in apartment, residential, or general maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Positive attitude and commitment to resident satisfaction
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift, carry, and move maintenance equipment and materials
This position requires being on call to respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies. Flexibility and reliability are essential to ensuring our residents receive prompt service when they need it most.

Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
- Monitor all interior and exterior for maintenance issues. Perform inspections of all apartments, buildings, and common areas.
- Maintain and keep all tools and equipment in acceptable working conditions and work area neat and clean.
- Electrical: replace or fix outlets, light switches, fixtures, and breakers.
- Plumbing: replace or fix faucets, re-piping, toilets, sinks, and unclogging drains.
- Heating and Cooling: general heating repairs and cleaning filters, compressors, and condenser coils.
