Maintenance Supervisor – Council Bluffs, IA

• Perform general building maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, janitorial, and limited grounds upkeep.
• Inspect buildings, including roofs and common areas regularly
• Ensure that job assignments and work orders are carried out promptly, efficiently, courteously, and in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain the shop and storage areas in a clean, orderly, safe, and secure fashion.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, supplies, work orders, and report time and materials as required.

• 2+ years of related experience in a maintenance supervisor position required.
• HVAC/EPA Certification Preferred
• Knowledge of MS Office software programs & other job‑related technology tools
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, lock systems, plaster/wall repair, painting; ability to prioritize and complete tasks independently; reliable transportation and valid driver’s license; effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong work ethic with a demonstrated desire to learn and grow with a growing company
• Ability to work independently and successfully execute multiple assignments
• Must be a proficient communicator and listener
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with frequent interruptions
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license
