Custodial​/EVS Cleaner - Part-Time

Job Summary and Responsibilities

We are hiring a team member to keep our facilities clean and safe. The cleaner will work Monday‑Friday evenings and be responsible for maintaining a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment across playground, party rooms, and restaurant areas. Additional duties include general housekeeping tasks, cleaning equipment maintenance, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. A pre‑employment criminal background check is required.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all facility areas.
• Sanitize surfaces, restock supplies, and dispose of waste properly.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Report maintenance issues or cleaning deficiencies to management.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.

• Detail‑oriented and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Experience as a custodian, janitor, housekeeping, or similar role preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to Council Bluffs 2 days/week (if applicable).
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and overtime when required.
• Background check required.
