What We Offer
Weekly Pay: $15.50 per hour

Shift
Hours:
7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Grounds Keeper Tasks & Duties
Perform daily landscaping tasks, including trimming, weed eating, pulling weeds, and occasional mowing.
Conduct daily debris removal and pick up trash across the property.
Keep shrubbery and trees trimmed; clean pedestrian surfaces and walls.
Operate and maintain garden, lawn, and landscaping equipment.
Report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor (Rex) for daily tasks and any other duties assigned.
Adhere to a strict check-in policy (
must check in once a day for the first 30 days ).
Grounds Keeper Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)
Experience: Must have prior experience operating a trimmer / weed eater . General landscaping and power tool experience is required.
Background Check: Must pass a clean background check due to the specific security regulations of the client work site in Council Bluffs.
Dress Code: Must wear durable jeans (strictly no rips, holes, or tears), an appropriate shirt, and sturdy work boots.
Success Metrics: Strong attendance, proactive communication, and a great attitude are absolute requirements to succeed in this role.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors for long periods of time in varying weather conditions.
Legal: Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and be authorized to work in the US.
