Overview
Hall Keen Management is seeking an experienced, full-time Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team at a 276-apartment property in Coventry, RI.
Responsibilities- Daily trash removal and cleaning
- General maintenance repairs
- Painting and turning over apartments
- Plumbing and minor electrical work
- Snow removal
- Work in a team-oriented environment with residents and employees; maintain excellent communication
- Adhere to safety and organizational standards
- High School diploma or GED
- 4-8 years of similar experience
- 4-8 years of supervisory/management experience
- REAC experience
- Certification/License: OSHA 10, HVAC
- Forty hours per week with on-call emergencies after hours and weekends as needed
