Hall Keen Management is seeking an experienced, full-time Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team in Coventry, RI. The role includes a 40-hour work week with on-call emergencies after hours and weekends, plus snow removal.
Responsibilities cover trash removal, cleaning, repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, plumbing, and minor electrical tasks. Ideal candidates have 4–8 years of similar experience and supervisory background, along with REAC experience and OSHA 10 / HVAC
