Hall Keen Management is seeking an experienced, full-time Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. This position is eligible for a $1,000.00 sign-on and retention bonus.

The property consists of 276 apartments located in Coventry, RI. Responsibilities include daily trash removal and cleaning, general maintenance repairs, painting and turning over apartments, plumbing, minor electrical work, and snow removal.

Candidate must be able to work in a team-oriented environment, maintain excellent communication with residents and employees, and have good organizational skills. Prior experience in Property Management maintenance is preferred.

• Daily trash removal and cleaning of common areas and units as assigned
• General maintenance repairs and preventative maintenance tasks
• Painting and turning over apartments between residents
• Plumbing and minor electrical work as needed
• Snow removal and seasonal grounds maintenance
• Collaborate with team and communicate effectively with residents and staff

• 40 hours per week with on-call duties after hours and on weekends as necessary
• Ability to participate in snow removal as required
• Physical capability to stand, bend, squat, climb stairs, push/pull, and use ladders; work outdoors in various weather conditions
• High School diploma or GED
• 4–8 years of similar maintenance experience
• 4–8 years of supervisory/management experience
