This role includes scheduling and completing maintenance checks, responding to emergency service requests, and completing make-ready processes for vacant apartments.
A High School diploma or GED is required, along with basic literacy and computer skills. The ideal candidate should be authorized to work in the United States and possess a valid driver’s license.
