Job Title
Maintenance Tech aka Fix-It Pro & Property Perfectionist
- Approximately 28 hours a week

Snapshot – Key Aspects of the Role
- Complete routine maintenance and repairs across assigned properties to ensure everything is operating safely and efficiently
- Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs
- Troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment and building‑related issues
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checklists and inspections
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and scheduled procedures
- Obtain estimates for supplies and repair parts; order materials as instructed
- Maintain cleanliness and overall condition of buildings, units, and grounds
- Communicate regularly with property teams regarding maintenance needs, budgets, and completed work
- Assist with coordinating external vendors and contractors for larger repair or capital improvement projects
- Follow all OSHA guidelines and company safety policies at all times
Monday
- Tuesday: 9:00AM-5:00PM
Wednesday:
Closed
Thursday-Friday: 9:00AM-5:00PM
Saturday: 9:00AM-3:00PM
Sunday:
Closed
- High school diploma/GED required
- Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems
* A background screening will be conducted at time of hire.
* For positions that involve driving, a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
