Job Title

Maintenance Tech aka Fix-It Pro & Property Perfectionist
- Approximately 28 hours a week

Candidate Traits

Are you the type of person who notices the loose hinge, the flickering light, or the small issue before anyone else does? Do you take pride in fixing things the right way the first time—and maybe even a little faster than expected? You thrive when your day includes a variety of hands‑on tasks, and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and figure things out.

You’re dependable, resourceful, and take ownership of your work. Those who know you would describe you as practical, detail‑oriented, and someone who can always be counted on to get the job done. You enjoy working independently but also know the importance of clear communication and teamwork. You take safety seriously, stay organized, and like the satisfaction of seeing a property well‑maintained because of your efforts.
