Maintenance Associate | Covington, GA | Hiring Immediately
Compensation- Competitive starting pay range of $28.13–$32.95 per hour, paid weekly
- Shift differential $2.00
- 1st shift – 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM
- 2nd shift – 07:00 PM to 07:00 AM
- 12‑hour shift; 2‑2‑3 schedule

- Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance work on automation equipment.
- Perform maintenance, set‑up, and preventive maintenance on automation/production equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment‑related processing issues.
- Use a computer‑based inventory system for generating reports and locating spare parts.
- Perform day‑to‑day duties as assigned in Maintenance Connection.
- Assist maintenance/production staff as needed.
- Assist in training of other employees, as required.
- Perform quality work within reasonable time standards set forth by management.
- Use mandatory safety equipment; execute duties safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety rules and regulations.
- Be flexible with the schedule as needed.
- Ensure areas of responsibility are safe, clean, and tidy.
- Follow all company‑established rules and policies.
- Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
- Computer literacy in desktop applications and Maintenance Connection CMMS.
- Competent with computerized machine controls and interfaces.
- Highly organized, problem‑solving, able to handle multiple tasks, self‑motivated with a strong sense of accountability.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to effectively communicate with people at all levels.
- Can act and show best work practice, understand work design, and respond to issues without specific instructions.
- Team player.
- Basic hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and/or general maintenance experience required.
- Thermoforming, injection molding, and/or plastics industry experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; technical school credentials preferred.
- Work safely in a moderately conditioned, industrial process manufacturing environment.
- Frequently climb 10–40 steps and occasionally climb 5–10 ladder rungs.
- Work in varying temperatures.
