Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join the Covington, GA plant. You will supervise installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of production and facility equipment, guiding a maintenance team to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals.
You will manage daily work schedules, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and drive Continuous Improvement initiatives in the plant’s five focus areas:
Safety, Quality, People, Service, and Cost.
