Range Water is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor in Covington, GA. You will lead the maintenance team, supervise Make Ready, handle work orders, and ensure safety and quality across the property. You will manage parts inventory and assist in budgeting with a focus on cost efficiency.
You should have 1–3 years of supervisor maintenance experience, strong communication, and familiarity with Entrata/Yardi/One Site. A high school diploma or GED is required, with OSHA/MSDS knowledge helpful.
