Position SummaryThe Building Services Worker cleans, sanitizes, and maintains the appearance of Athletic Facilities. Provides discretion when utilizing and maintaining assigned spaces.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or CompetenciesKnowledgeable of cleaning materials.
Ability to operate vacuum cleaners, shampoo machine.
Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
Physical Demands- Stoop, squat, and bend.
- Climb ladders.
- Lift 25 lbs or more.
- Driving as needed to perform job duties.
- Sweep, mop, scrub, buff, and wax floors.
- Dust and clean chalk boards and offices.
- Wash windows, walls, trash cans, and glass doors.
- Empty trash.
- Frequently works from a ladder.
- Replace light bulbs.
- Cleans and polishes brass.
- Clean restrooms and replenish supplies.
- Operate polishing machine and vacuum cleaner.
- Clean assigned team meeting and locker rooms.
- Other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
