Entry-Level PDR Technician – Paid Training

Position Overview

Automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician – No Experience Needed! Hiring for July and August classes in St. Louis. Paid training, transportation, lodging, and meals provided.

• Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process.
• Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals.
• Build strong customer relationships and promote our services.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self‑motivation and ability to work independently.
• Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Manual dexterity for repetitive‑motion tasks.
• Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Starting compensation: $21.00 per hour
; commission‑based earnings with unlimited, uncapped potential.
