Turn Temporary Maintenance Technician- Haven Athens

Job Description

Temporary Turn Associate is a temporary position that will provide temporary assistance during turn. This role is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure that established quality standards are met upon move‑in.

• Perform miscellaneous maintenance duties such as painting, minor drywall repairs, replacing batteries, light bulbs, blinds and doors, caulking, power washing, trash removal, and furniture removal/install.
• Assist in maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities by performing general cleaning and other duties as needed.
• Assist in cleaning available apartments and/or models.
• Perform touch‑up painting as directed by the Community Manager or Maintenance Supervisor and report maintenance concerns for repairs on available apartments, models, clubhouses, and common areas.
• Participate in apartment inspections and assist in documentation of overall unit condition.
• Keep grounds clean and free of debris and trash.
• Perform housekeeping duties as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with a sense of urgency.
• Adherence to the company's safety and hazard communications programs, policies and procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills; treat residents, vendors and other team members with respect.
• Maintain an excellent customer service attitude.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus.
