Custodial Worker – Hocking Hills State Park

Position:
Full‑time; pay starting $18.87/hr, increasing to $20.17/hr hours may vary; includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. Union: OCSEA.

• Work outside in some of the most beautiful parks in Ohio.
• Interact daily with a variety of customers who utilize the park & watercraft facilities.
• Perform custodial & housekeeping duties such as cleaning restrooms, offices, campgrounds, service centers, park buildings, and shower houses; clean fire rings & grills; remove trash; order supplies.
• Remove snow & ice from walkways (shovel & spread salt).
• Perform laundry tasks using industrial washers and dryers.

• Formal education in arithmetic and basic English; or equivalent minimum class qualifications for employment.
• Job skills: custodial.
• Technical skills: natural resources, customer service.
• Professional skills: customer focus, results oriented.
