Carlson Building Maintenance is seeking an entry-level Floor Care Technician to maintain floors across client sites in the Upper Midwest. You will operate floor machines, sweep, vacuum, and perform restroom cleaning under limited supervision, contributing to a clean, welcoming environment.
This role requires weekend availability, ability to lift up to 45 pounds, and the stamina to work night shifts. We promote from within and provide health insurance benefits, PTO, and ongoing training.
