Gas Engineer​/Meter Installer

Calor Gas is the UK’s leading LPG supplier. We are looking for a Gas Engineer to provide engineering services and emergency response to Calor customers in the Carlisle and surrounding areas.

• Installing and maintaining Calor’s bulk tanks and assets at customer sites.
• Travel (van and fuel provided) to meet customer service standards for our largely rural customer base.
• Participate in a standby rota to respond to gas emergencies outside normal working hours (additional rates of pay apply).

• ACS Gas Qualified.
• Full Manual UK driving licence.
• Experience in customer service and delivering excellent customer care.
• Relevant gas engineering experience and knowledge of LPG bulk tank installation and maintenance is a distinct advantage.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and industry standards, including Health and Safety awareness.
• Ability to follow procedures and instructions.
• Full industry specific training and support will be given to the right individual.
