To improve student achievement by performing a variety of skilled work in the maintenance, construction and repair of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
Requirements- General knowledge in two or more maintenance fields of work including landscaping, rough carpentry, commercial painting, building systems, metal work, heating, and welding.
- Experience in general maintenance and repairs in commercial real estate.
- General knowledge of the use of computers and smartphones.
- Ability to receive direction and carry out tasks with moderate supervision.
Support district maintenance personnel across multiple trades on a rotating basis. Areas of district personnel support include but are not limited to: groundskeepers, carpenters, HVAC workers, roofer, locksmith, and painters.
Corrective and routine work on daily and emergency work orders.
