They are in need of a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. This a 4 on, 4 off, 12 hour shift schedule. You will work 6p-6a but must be flexible to occasionally switch between days and nights.
As Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
Coaching, training and mentoring employees
Improving processes and optimizing equipment
Leading troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
Leading continuous improvements
Promoting a positive work environment
Driving change
Ensuring plant safety
To be considered for the Maintenance Supervisor position you must have:
A strong industrial maintenance background (mechanical and electrical aptitude)
A degree is a plus but not required
Experience leading maintenance employees in a production or manufacturing type environment (ideally heavy manufacturing)
Have strong leadership and communication skills
A strong work ethic
