Being empathetic and showing a sense of urgency while communicating through modern technology

High level of performance in water and fire mitigation, tarping, board up, and mold remediation, services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications

Supervising and setting jobsite expectations to other team members onsite

Handling job file documentation and reporting back to division manager

Focusing and dedicating to providing excellent customer service

Maintaining a clean, properly stocked and organized truck and maintaining all company equipment

Being accessible by phone and participating, as necessary, in the on-call schedule

Assisting in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary

Assisting other team members as you see opportunities arise and being a leader for the team when needed

Hourly pay: $27.00 - $30.00/hour based on experience and certifications

Fluent in English

Clean criminal background check

Ability to pass a drug test

Valid driver's license with a clean record

Ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed

Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently
