San Mar is seeking a Facilities Technician II to perform general maintenance, carpentry, minor repairs and routine painting in the DC warehouse. You will assist with preventive maintenance on building mechanical equipment, inspect belts, replace filters, grease bearings, and relocate furniture as needed.
The position requires 1–3 years in facility maintenance, use of hand and power tools, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
